Memory Foam Face Cradles
Vinyl or Fleece Sherpa Cloth
Our Memory Foam Face Cradle conforms more comfortably to your face. We’ve taken a resilient, therapeutic foam base and layered it with memory foam to provide added comfort. The cover is made with a durable vinyl that easily wipes clean.
We use the highest quality material in all of our products to ensure years of comfort and use. Our foam is precision cut for more consistent performance.
This cradle follows the industry accepted shape and is designed to work with most standard tables. Simply remove your current face cradle and secure our Memory Foam Face Cradle using the existing hook-and-loop tabs.
Fleece sherpa cloth-covered version features 100% memory foam also.
Max-Relax® Face Cushion
Transforms a flat surface into a clinical table. Offers full access to back and neck. Excellent for those who much recline face down. Can also be used as a small bolster. Available in blue, black, or gray.

The Dutchman Positioning Roll is a durable aid for clinical treatment or home use. They provide support under the legs, arms, feet and other areas of the body during treatment.
It is constructed from precision-cut, high-quality foam, and comes encased in an easy-to-clean vinyl cover. Selected colors are available.
Core’s foam Half Rounds are durable aids for clinical treatment or home use. They provide support under the knees, ankles, or behind the neck during treatment. The half oval shape provides a more subtle elevation and more stable positioning.
Each Half Round is constructed from precision-cut, high-quality foam, and comes encased in an easy-to-clean vinyl cover. Each support also comes standard with a heavy-duty positioning strap, making it easy to reposition.These supports are half the height of regular bolsters, giving you the comfort and support you need without adding extra bulk. Core’s Half Rounds are available in 6" and 9" widths. Both sizes are 24” in length, making them easy to use with most standard treatment tables and nearly all of your clients.

1. Foot Bolster-The foot bolster reduces stress on the ankles, knees and hips, in addition to relieving lower back tension.
